If you read the article about hypnosis and pain management, you might have noticed the researchers focused on the brain imaging.
As I mentioned before, extensive research has already been done on the subject.
Which leads us into understanding some basics about hypnosis and how the subconscious works.
Basically there are 4 main levels of brainwaves that are important in using self-hypnosis effectively to create abundance in your life.
They are called beta, alpha, theta, and delta. Some of you might already be familiar with these terms as they are part of the greek alphabet and also used alot in computer language. (Seems Microsoft is always in "beta-testing" for their products...cough,cough)
So this week we'll talk about the beta brainwaves.
Instead of getting into the the scientific jargon, I'll keep it simple.
You spend most of your waking hours in "beta".
This is your normal, awake, alert state of mind.
But what do you need to know about beta brainwaves, you ask?
In this state of mind, your conscious mind is very prominent and it's difficult to program your subconscious mind for good or bad.
