By far, this is the best single best book on improving your concentration around.

If you haven't heard of Theron Q. Dumont, then that's probably because he's been dead for quite some time now and much of his work has been lost.

I did a quick check on e-bay and this book is selling for $30.00 or more, but you'll get it here for free.
And if you use the simple exercises and advice within it, it's simply invaluable.

The Power of Concentration has completely different exercises than the concentration builders I have given you so far. So you'll be getting the best of both worlds.

Since alot of people have been telling me I should write my own book on concentration, perhaps I'll put one together and include some more advanced concentration builders than the ones I have given here and in my articles.
