Have you been practicing the Concentration Builder? If you have been, then you are all set to learn self-hypnosis - the easy way.

Just as a summary, here's the instructions for the concentration builder.

"First, focus on your breathing. Now starting from 100 and counting down to 0, you'll count each inhale and exhale to yourself. IE... inhale..exhale...100, inhale...exhale...99, inhale...exhale...98, etc. until you count down to 0."

When you do this concentration builder for self hypnosis, you'll want to add one more part. Instead of the option of keeping your eyes open or closed, you'll want to keep your eyes closed the entire time.

When you reach the number 1 in your countdown, you'll feel yourself in a very relaxed state of mind. The same state of mind you would experience if you went to a professional hypnotherapist.

Plus you'll feel more abundance, because you'll will have saved some money. (That's a little abundance humor)

You want to repeat either one affirmation for 5 minutes while visualizing the desired outcome.

OR.

Repeat a series of 5-10 affirmations over a period of 10 minutes or longer. Whatever you have time for.

If you're not familiar with hypnosis or self hypnosis, you may not "feel" hypnotized. That's ok. You might feel more aware of sounds or feelings. You may feel slightly drowsy. Or you may feel euphoric...or anything in between. Everyone experiences altered states of consciousness differently, especially if you've never experienced it before.

But the more you practice it, the more you'll recognize when you're in a hypnotized "state of mind" and how to use this self-hypnosis to give your subconscious mind more effective affirmations for abundance, in all its forms.
