Although I'm calling this the Self-hypnosis guide, remember, the basics behind it apply to your affirmations, visualizations, prayers, meditations, etc.

There is a rather exact science behind why affirmations and self-hypnosis works. And of course, it has to do with the subconscious mind.

But I will break it up into easily understood pieces every week, along with what I have found to be the best products for using self-hypnosis to create abundance in your life.

Why does self-hypnosis work?

Because it allows you to plant the affirmations of your choice into the subconscious mind at a deep level.

How does it work?

Well, as a brief summary, self-hypnosis changes your brain-wave activity, so that your subconscious mind can readily accept the affirmations.

Is it safe?

Yes, in fact, we hypnotize ourselves naturally every day...for good and bad.
If you watch t.v., then you go into a slight level of hypnosis whenever you watch t.v.

If you have read a good book that you couldn't put down, then you were most likely hypnotized at the moment.

Ever miss your exit while driving?
Then you can rest assured that you already know what self-hypnosis might feel like.

Ever fall asleep?
Lol, then yes, you went through one of the basic levels of hypnosis while you drifted off to bed.
