Wow, is it Sunday already?! Many of you have been writing your affirmations for 2 or 3 weeks now and are probably noticing a difference in your motivation levels. Some of you may have already accomplished your goals. Congrats! For those of you who have, feel free to send me a testimonial or leave a comment to this post.

Either way, this week's tip can be applied to wherever you are at in your affirmation process. When writing your daily affirmations, every once in a while change up the pronoun.

For example, instead of writing "I am always kind and loving" or "I am healthy"
Change it to "You are always kind and loving" or "You are healthy"

Why do we do this? Unfortunately, since much of our programming comes from outside sources, the subconscious will often respond to the "you" affirmation as if someone else is giving the instructions.

Experiment with both "I" and "you" and see what works best for you. But be sure to mix them both into your written affirmations.
