Ok, for those of you who downloaded the free affirmation software, let me suggest some recommendations.

The program is preloaded with over a hundred different affirmations in different folders for aspects of your life you would like to improve..
All of those affirmations are well-written and will also give you other ideas on how to form your own affirmations.
The software also have different time delay settings for the affirmation(s) to flash upon your screen. When first starting off, I suggest keeping the time seen on screen to 1 - 2 seconds. At first, this may seem bothersome to whatever you are working on, but it's very effective for implanting the affirmation into your subconscious mind.
As you become less and less aware/bothered by it, then you decrease the amount of time to a lower setting ie. .5 secs or even .10 secs. This has almost a subliminal effect on you. (a post for another day, lol)
