Hopefully, today you had enough time to write down one of your affirmations 10 - 20 times. Good for you! Now let me show you some ways to "supercharge" those affirmations for even quicker results.

*Even if you have good handwriting, go out of your way to make your written affirmations especially neat and legible. No one will be reading your affirmations, but it tells your subconscious mind that you are taking this seriously and therefore increases the effectiveness of the affirmation.

* While writing down your affirmations, say them outloud to yourself. Since many people feel silly doing this, when I first learned this technique, I would go into the restroom and write and speak my affirmations away from my girlfriend.

* After writing down your affirmation, go in front of a mirror and say your affirmation outloud 10-20 times.

* When you wake up in the morning, first thing you do is repeat your affirmation outloud 5 times. If you sleep or live with someone else, feel free to silently mouth the words to yourself. This will still "supercharge" your affirmation.

* Last thing before you go to bed is repeat your affirmation outloud 5 times. If you sleep or live with someone else, feel free to silently mouth the words to yourself.
