Write down your affirmation(s) on a flash card or something sturdy that you can fit in your wallet, purse, or pocket. Whenever you get stressed out during the day, pull out your affirmation card and silently (or outloud if you can) repeat the affirmation. This is an excellent way to refocus one's negative emotions into positive ones. You'll find yourself gradually being more relaxed during the day and effectively planting your goal into your subconscious at the same time. It's a win-win situation.
