On that note, I am still tweaking various things on this blog and I apologize if that's confusing you. I've made the full archives available by date on the left hand column near the bottom. And as I add new links or freebies, I hope it doesn't get too crowded over there.

Welcome back to Abundance Secrets Affirmation Guide - Part II.

Ok, who's tired of the quotes about persistence, consistency, self-discipline yet?
LOL. So first let me give you 3 general affirmations that you should "add" to your New Year's Resolutions.

* Every day, I am more and more self-disciplined.

* I LIKE to do anything I NEED to do.

* I am always self-discplined. Self discipline comes easily to me.

Why are these affrimations "better" than others? Because they are a self-propelling cycle that will give you the "will power" to accomplish every other goal you might have.

Let's say one of your affirmations is to quit smoking. Every year for the past 3 years, you have made that your New Year resolution and some how you fail each year. What happened? Somewhere along the way, your past programming took over. No amount of "will power" could have helped.

So this year, let's throw out your "resolutions" and start with "affirmations."
"What's the difference?" you ask. A resolution is something you said once or twice and eventually forgot about or gave up on. On the other hand, an affirmation will eventually bypass all those years of "programming" and you'll be using that hidden 90% of your mind FOR you instead of AGAINST you.

Pick one of the 3 affirmations above and add them to your writing "schedule" and to your Free Affirmation Software. Writing down an affirmation about self-discipline will cause you to be disciplined enough to keep writing down your affirmations...which will make you more self-disciplined...which will.... you get the point. lol.

Ok, my New Year's Resolution (lol) is to make this forum more organized. So Sunday's are now "Secrets of Affirmation Sundays". Be sure to tell your friends and family about Abundance Secrets and have them download some of the free goodies.
