I messed up!
Due to problems with the publishers of my newsletter, it seems only a fourth of my newsletter subscribers recieved the newsletter and the free e-book. First I want to apologize to everyone who signed up and didn't get their promised e-book.
I have switched publishers and should have everything fixed within the next few hours.
Since it's difficult to track exactly who wanted to sign up, I'm going to make the free e-book available to everyone, newsletter subscriber or not.
Once I get the new programming done, I'll post the link to the ebook, and add a new "subscriber's only" e-book which will be available to new subscribers.
