For this week, you'll need a tape recorder or cd. Now's a good time to go back to your list of affirmations you made when you first started out. If you took my advice, you should have 10 or more to record. You'll want to record all your affirmations onto the tape or cd. Next repeat those affirmations until it fills the entire tape or cd.

You now have your very own inspirational affirmations tape!

An excellent time to listen to your new affirmation tape is whenever you usually wear headphones, when driving in the car,or while doing the concentration builder I suggested last week.
The best time to listen to it is as you go to sleep. Simply press "repeat" on your Cd player and you can program yourself while your sleeping (VERY effective!)
