Hello! Since it's officially Saturday in some part of the world (hehe), we'll start a new topic called "Subconscious Saturdays" I told you earlier that I would explain the scientific basis of HOW the mind creates reality, so will focus on that on Saturdays for a few weeks. (Some of this can get technical, but once you fully grasp the ideas I talk about will transform your life for the better)

In the past 60 years, two discoveries in the scientific community went almost unnoticed by the rest of the population. Their impacts on bridging the gap between what has been consider metaphysical, religious, spiritual, etc. and the "scientific method" was/is extraordinary.

The first was the discovery of quantum physics. Don't sigh. Well save that for another day and I'll make it easy to understand. :)

The second discovery was a study done by a goverment think tank called the Rand Corporation in the 1950's. The results of that study lead to such movies from the "Manchurian Candidate" to "2001" up to modern day movies like "Matrix." Words like "brainwashing" and "subliminal" also became mainstream after the results of this study.

What did the study say?

Basically the study said that 90% of all our actions, thoughts, emotions were NOT in our conscious awareness. They were SUBconscious. What does that really mean? It means that our brains act very much like modern day computers... with 90% of our thinking determined by "pre-loaded software" and only 10% of our thinking coming from "software" each individual has chosen from themselves.

Now stop and reread that last paragraph, because the impact of that study is powerful.

What seems to have been missed in the whole discovery was how this study bridged the gap between spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation, affirmations, mantras, etc and the "science" of how and why it works.

Ok, so next "Subconscious Saturday" will discuss the full impact of the Rand Study. And how EVERYONE can use this knowledge to their advantage to recreate their lives for greater abundance, health, wealth and success.
